Custom technology solutions

Most servicebusinesses aren't slow.They're stuck.

I diagnose the specific systems costing owners time and money — then close the gaps that matter most. Sometimes that's a rebuild. Sometimes it's an automation, a custom build, or just connecting the tools you already have. No hype, just results.

How it works

Three phases. The conversation shapes the rest.

Phase one

Conversation

Whatever brings you in — the free audit, Embedded, or a one-off build — it starts with understanding what's actually happening before anything gets scoped or priced.

Phase two

Build

Every leak gets a dollar figure and a fix, priced and ordered. Then it gets built — fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed date. No hourly, no retainer just to get one thing built.

Phase three

Handoff

You own it, with full documentation and full control. If you'd rather not manage it yourself, I can — for a fee.

Recent work

Reviews went from monthly to weekly, at every location.

A three-location audiology practice had no real system for getting reviews — it happened if someone remembered to ask. We built an automated review-management tool for the front desk to use. Review volume went from 1–5 a month per location to 1–5 a week.

~4xreview volume, per location · monthly → weekly
Also built

A content system for consistent social posting across all three locations, replacing sporadic one-off posts — a meaningful lift in visibility. Paid ads are the next phase.

Who's doing the work

One operator. Not an agency.

Five years inside real estate, coaching, medical devices, retail and restaurants — as the person responsible for making the operation run. I build the fix myself, not just recommend it. Based in Jacksonville, working with service businesses nationwide.

More about me
What does the audit cost?

Two options. Do it yourself for free — I send you the instructions and a scorecard. Or do it with you: a free first call to confirm it's the right fit, then $1,500 for the outside research pass and a second call to work the findings together. Nothing's charged until after that first call. You keep the findings sheet either way.

What does a build actually cost?

Fixed fee, quoted after the audit, because quoting before I've seen the operation would be a guess. Most single builds land in the low four figures; larger custom work is scoped separately.

Are you just going to resell me software?

If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely solves it, I'll name the tool and tell you to go buy it — that conversation is free. I get paid to build the things that don't exist, and to connect the ones that do.

How long does a build take?

One to three weeks for most single systems. Four to ten for custom applications. You get a date before we start, and if it runs long that's my problem, not a change order.

I already have someone doing this.

Then the audit will tell you whether it's working. If it is, you've lost an hour and gained a document. If it isn't, you'll know specifically where and what it's costing.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes. Most of the work is remote. I'm based in Jacksonville and happy to be on site around North Florida when it actually helps.
